Meet The Founder
Jonathan Jordan brings a community-first approach to insurance—and a career path that has been anything but ordinary.
A longtime Palm Beach County professional, Jonathan began his career as a musician and live-event producer. He performed, promoted concerts throughout South Florida, worked with Live Nation and owned a live music venue for ten years. He also produced festivals, block parties and community events that brought thousands of people together.
Those experiences taught him how to listen, communicate clearly, manage important details and build lasting relationships.
Jonathan entered the insurance industry in 2016. Since then, he has helped individuals, families, business owners and Medicare beneficiaries understand their health, life, Medicare and annuity options. He has also presented Medicare educational workshops throughout Palm Beach and Broward counties for nearly a decade.
Jonathan founded Health Palm Beach to offer something more personal than a national call center: independent options, honest conversations and guidance built around the person—not a sales script.

Steven Beatrice

Steven brings patience, attention to detail and a genuine service mindset to Health Palm Beach.
Before working in insurance and financial services, Steven built his career in the culinary world as a chef and private-event caterer. That experience taught him that great service begins with listening, careful preparation and understanding what each person needs.
Today, Steven brings that same thoughtful approach to helping clients understand their insurance options. When he isn’t assisting clients, he still enjoys cooking and sharing great food.
Naomi Ando
Client Support
Naomi helps keep the Health Palm Beach client experience organized, responsive and moving in the right direction.
Before joining the agency, Naomi worked in aviation as an aircraft dispatcher—a position requiring accuracy, communication, coordination and careful attention to important details.
She now brings those skills to client support, helping with scheduling, follow-up and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps clients informed and cared for.
